NextBangla.com had grown into a multi-stakeholder problem: prospective clients, current clients, hiring candidates, and IT Institute students all needed different things from the same domain. The 2018 WordPress site was struggling under the weight of compromises.
The challenge was rebuilding without losing search equity, without disrupting active client relationships, and while migrating five years of content into a new structure that scaled.
Rewrote the information architecture around the four primary audiences instead of the org's internal structure. The new sitemap survived the next two years of growth without major restructuring.
Moved from WordPress to Sanity-backed Next.js. Migration script preserved old URLs as 301 redirects so search equity transferred.
Designed the Sanity content model around how the marketing team actually writes, not how engineers wished they wrote. Result: 80% of post-launch updates required no engineering involvement.
Set Lighthouse 90+ and WCAG AA as launch budgets. Site shipped at 98 Performance, 100 Accessibility. Maintained both since.
Real images land in Phase 12 / 13 with the Sanity content load. Placeholders below preserve the layout.
