We start a new company together. You bring domain + market, I bring product + execution. Equity split agreed before anything ships.
You have a venture mid-build. I join as technical co-founder for a chapter — 6-12 months — with a defined equity earn-in and exit path.
Two existing ventures share equity in exchange for capability exchange. Most often: my AI stack for your distribution, or vice versa.
You have a brand, channel, or customer base. I ship the product under your name. Revenue-share or licence fee, no equity dilution.
