The Challenge

What needed solving.

A Dhaka-built SaaS had product-market fit signals from a closed BD beta and needed to launch into the US market. The founder team had never run US growth, the brand was BD-rooted, and the runway window was tight.

The challenge was simultaneous: translate the brand for a US audience without losing what worked locally, and ship the launch funnel fast enough to validate inside the runway window.

The Approach

Four-step playbook for this engagement.

  1. Step 1

    ICP rewrite

BD users were SMB ops managers; US ICP was likely VPs of Operations at 50–500-person companies. Rewrote messaging, pricing positioning, and the demo flow against the new ICP.

  2. Step 2

    Content + SEO sprint

Identified 8 high-intent search queries the new ICP runs. Shipped pillar content + supporting articles against each. Site re-architecture so content fed the demo CTA cleanly.

  3. Step 3

    Paid acquisition test

Three-channel test (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter) with $5k spend per channel and tight attribution. Killed two channels at week 3, doubled down on the winner.

  4. Step 4

    Lifecycle email backbone

Welcome flow + product-onboarding flow + win-back. Set up to retention-test against the BD beta cohort's behavioral patterns.
