How I built it
The story so far.
Started as internal training for NextBangla hires. Opened to external students in 2015 once the curriculum and assessment frameworks proved themselves. Tuition stays accessible because the institute is funded by the broader NextBangla operation.
Where we are now
Today's state, with numbers where I have them.
1,000+ alumni across multiple cohorts. A meaningful percentage have gone on to international roles. Active partnerships with local government on women-in-IT initiatives.

Roadmap.
AI fluency curriculum. The next generation of Bangladeshi engineers should be AI-native by default, not playing catch-up to global cohorts. We're building toward that.
