What it does
The product, in plain language.
Bookings for home and office services. Verified providers with reviews, transparent pricing, and the basic operational scaffolding that turns informal labor markets into reliable service infrastructure.
How I built it
The story so far.
Built during COVID lockdowns when service-finding became a real problem in Dhaka. Started with a small geographic radius and 50 providers, expanded based on actual demand rather than fundraising-driven targets.
Where we are now
Today's state, with numbers where I have them.
Active across most of Dhaka with a focused provider network. Payment infrastructure that handles cash-on-service and digital payment in equal measure.
What's next
Roadmap.
Provider tooling. Small businesses running on WhatsApp + Excel deserve better software. Building the operations layer that lets them focus on the actual service.
