What it does
The product, in plain language.
NOBBYO ingests a company's internal documents, conversations, and operational artifacts, and gives the team a chat interface that answers questions grounded in that knowledge. RAG done right, with a UI that doesn't need an engineer to set up.
The target user is the operations manager at a 10–50 person company who knows their team has the knowledge somewhere — in Slack, in old PDFs, in someone's head — but can't surface it when needed. NOBBYO is the surface.
How I built it
The story so far.
Built to solve our own problem first. NextBangla had 14 years of accumulated documents, project briefs, and Slack conversations. Search was useless; people pinged senior staff for the same answers repeatedly. We needed an internal tool, then realized the same problem affects every operationally complex SMB.
Key technical decisions: chunking strategy that respects document structure, retrieval ranking that uses recency + relevance, and a confidence threshold that returns 'I don't know' rather than a hallucination when the answer isn't in the corpus.
Where we are now
Today's state, with numbers where I have them.
Closed beta with 30+ companies across BD, UK, and the US. Use cases vary widely — onboarding, customer-support knowledge bases, and operational SOPs are the most common.
Pricing model is settling into a per-seat structure with a base platform fee. The unit economics work because compute cost has been dropping faster than feature growth has been adding.

Roadmap.
