ORBIX is an AI-powered all-in-one business management platform for founders, freelancers, agencies, and consultants who are tired of switching between Trello, Notion, Zoho, and ten other tools. It consolidates finance tracking, task management, project management, client CRM, invoicing, expense tracking, and note-taking into a single voice-controlled platform.
The differentiator is voice-first interaction. In Bangla, English, or mixed code-switched language, founders dictate commands: “৫০০০ টাকা invoice তৈরি করো Rahman Textiles-এর জন্য” — ORBIX creates the invoice, tags the client, and queues it for follow-up. The voice command system has processed 50,000+ commands across 500+ active business users.
ORBIX is multi-currency by default (designed first for Bangladesh, UK, and Luxembourg operations), multi-org capable (run multiple businesses from one account), and works on web, Android, and PWA — meaning founders can manage operations from anywhere on any device.

How I built it
The story so far.
“The first version was a voice command prototype I built for myself in two weeks. It handled three commands: add expense, create task, send invoice. Within a month, my team was using it daily. That's when I realized this was a product, not a personal tool.”
ORBIX was born from operational pain. Running NextBangla Ltd with 15+ subsidiary ventures across three countries means I was personally drowning in 10+ tools: one for invoices, one for projects, one for client communication, one for expense tracking. Every tool was English-first, designed for Silicon Valley contexts, and didn't speak my team's actual working language.
The hardest engineering challenge wasn't the AI — it was the data model. Multi-org, multi-currency, multi-user, bilingual command parsing — each layer added complexity. We rebuilt the database schema four times in 18 months. The current architecture handles concurrent voice streams from 500+ users with sub-200ms response times.
What I learned
- Voice commands work in Bangla because the language has clear command structure; English voice command products struggle with ambiguity.
- Multi-currency from day one is 10x harder to retrofit. Most SaaS products get this wrong because they ship English-USD first.
- Real business users don't want AI to 'be smart' — they want AI to be predictable. We strip-removed three 'clever' features that confused users.
- Bengali-first product design isn't a localization problem — it's a primary product decision. We built the data model around Bengali grammar.
