Started as a Karu Bazaar feature exploration. Realized the curation and conversational discovery layer was strong enough to spin out as its own venture with broader vendor partnerships.

Soft launch in Dhaka with a curated 50-vendor network. Validating purchase patterns and gift-giving occasions before national expansion.
What's next
Roadmap.
Wedding-season vertical with custom curation flows. Wedding gifting alone is large enough to justify the operational investment.
